Returns & Exchange Policy

1. No Cash Refunds

Jaib.co does not offer cash refunds on any orders.

All sales are final.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

We only offer exchanges in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item

• You received the wrong size (different from what was mentioned in the description)

• You received an item with a major defect that was not shown or mentioned

Note: Minor signs of wear are normal for thrifted items and are not considered defects.

3. Exchange Time Window

You must request an exchange within:

• 48 hours of receiving your order (Lahore customers)

• 72 hours for customers outside Lahore

After this time, no exchange requests can be accepted.

4. Condition of the Item

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all tags/labels still attached (if applicable)

Items with perfume, stains, pet hair, or signs of use will not be accepted.

Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• Reason for exchange

Once approved, you may ship back the product or drop it off (Lahore only).

6. Exchange Options

You can choose:

• A replacement item of equal price, OR

• Store credit valid for 30 days

No price difference will be refunded if the replacement item is cheaper.

7. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

• If Jaib.co sent the wrong or damaged item, we cover the exchange shipping.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot exchange the following:

• Clearance / Sale items

• Items bought during special promos

• Accessories (belts, hats, etc.)

9. Jaib.co’s Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.
